Gmeet' refers to the web-based program by Google named 'Google Meet'
How it works: The host of the Gmeet conference issues a unique link for the meeting and shares that link along with an invitation to join the conference at a designated time. By clicking on the link, participants then are directed into the virtual meeting room to join the conference.
Please note:
> Only share the Gmeet link with other participants who need to join the conference.
> Although the link is generally permanent, be aware that it may change due to technical reasons; if that is the case, an updated link will be available on this website.
> Rest assured that Gmeet is a trustworthy and safe platform for online conferencing.
> The provided free version of Gmeet does not allow the recording of any session due to its determined configuration, therefore ensuring that all conversations remain strictly private.
> Participants don't need to log in with a Google account to join the meeting, but collaboration might be more efficient using a Google account.
> Prior to joining the meeting, confirm that your camera and microphone are activated; you can check their functionality on the Gmeet entry page.
Join in just 3 steps:
1: Simply click on the provided link to be directed to the entry page where you can join the Gmeet conference.
2: Fill in your name in the designated field to join the meeting. You can use any name familiar to the host, no need to use a formal name.
3: After filling in your name, click the 'Ask to join' button to enter the virtual meeting room. The host will then let you in and welcome you if he is present at that time.
